THANK YOU to everyone who came out to race today. It has been a hot, sunny, and humid weekend here on the coast and although the sun hadn’t broken through at race time, the humidity made the times a little slower for quite a few of our runners! Even so, it seemed like everyone was having a great time.

 

THANK YOU to all of you who helped! Don Ellwell for helping with course marking, set-up & clean-up, Tracy Johnson and Cindi Kiehn-Mola for signups, Gary Timek & Harry Kavich for timing, Rebecca Twiss for collecting bib numbers and matching up times with color awards for the challenge criteria, Sherry Meyers for making that extra trip to the shed to make sure we had signage, Ruth Fairfield for being at the turn around with water and kind words, and Yoon Kim for being at every race, taking pictures, and posting results to the web as quickly as you do!

 

If you earned a “color award” pin and didn’t get it, I will have them with me at the 4th of July run. Track me down!
